Privacy Policy

This policy describes what happens to personal data in connection with the website at formula.cx. It applies to this website only.

Who controls the data

The data controller is FORMULAS LLC — in its local legal form, Obshchestvo s ogranichennoi otvetstvennostyu “FORMULAS” / OsOO “FORMULAS” — a limited liability company registered in the Kyrgyz Republic under state registration number 332796-3301-OOO, with its registered address at 157 Imanaly Aidarbekov Street, Bishkek, 720000, Kyrgyz Republic.

What this website collects

This website collects nothing beyond standard server logs. It has no contact form, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, no embedded social media, and no JavaScript of any kind. It does not set cookies, and it does not read cookies set by anyone else.

When your browser requests a page, the server that delivers it records the request in a log, as web servers ordinarily do. Such a log entry typically contains your IP address, the date and time of the request, the address of the page or file requested, the HTTP status returned, the referring page if your browser sent one, and your browser's user agent string. This is a technical by-product of delivering the page; it is not compiled into a profile, it is not combined with any other source of data, it is not sold, and it is not shared with third parties for their own purposes.

The website is hosted on infrastructure operated by Netlify, Inc., which acts as our hosting provider and generates and holds those server logs on our behalf. The typeface used on this site is loaded from Google Fonts, which is operated by Google; consequently your browser makes a request to that service when a page loads, and Google receives your IP address and user agent as a result of that request. We receive nothing from Google about you.

Why the logs exist and how long they are kept

Server logs are used only to keep the site running and secure — to diagnose faults, to see whether pages are being served correctly, and to identify abuse such as automated attacks. The lawful basis, where the concept applies, is our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website. Logs are retained for a short period in the ordinary course of hosting and are then discarded; they are not archived for analysis.

Email you send us

If you write to one of the addresses on the contact page, we necessarily receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever else you choose to put in the message. We use that information to answer you and, if it becomes a commercial matter, to prepare and perform a contract. Correspondence is kept for as long as the enquiry or the business relationship requires and for as long afterwards as accounting and tax obligations require. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.

Your rights and how to exercise them

You may ask us what personal data of yours we hold, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, or object to our holding it. Write to contact@formula.cx, or to the postal address above, and we will respond. If your request concerns something we are obliged to keep — an invoice, for example — we will tell you that and explain why.

Changes to this policy

If this website changes in a way that affects what data it collects, this page will be updated and the date below will be changed with it. There is no version history; the current text is the policy in force.
